London, UK, May 3, 2017 – Open Hub Med, the European technological consortium, has activated a data centre to make Italy the bridge between the internet networks of Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and the rest of the world. One of the first members of the consortium, Interoute, has simultaneously activated its transmission systems present at the site, and is ready to receive requests for connectivity.
