The ADLV (Association For Driving Licence Verification) is expecting a marked increase in Local Authority fleet demand for its online licence services, once the DVLA’s DLC (Driver Licence Check) service ends in December. Citing recent road safety figures, the Association for Driving Licence Verification (www.ADLV.co.uk) is urging fleets to increase the frequency of driving licence checks on high risk drivers. According to new ADLV recommendations, monthly checks should be carried out on drivers with more than nine points as a matter of best-practise.
