(NASDAQ:SCAI) (“SCA”) has partnered with Naperville Surgical Centre, a joint venture owned by Advocate Health Care (“Advocate”) and DuPage Medical Group (“DMG”). Advocate and SCA entered a joint venture to acquire and develop a surgery center network in early 2015.
