Qvantel will provide Wind Tre an important part of the BSS stack, over a 6 year period, including CRM and omni-channel systems. Qvantel will provide managed services (Qvantel BSS as a Service) for the systems they supply, delivering business process automation and giving numerous benefits to Wind, 3 and Wind Tre Business customers.
