MORRISTOWN, N.J. and ABU DHABI, UAE, May 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Louis Berger has appointed Loucas Symeon to lead the international construction services center. Symeon will oversee the center’s strategy and its operational and delivery policies. In addition, he will provide operational construction support and supervise construction projects.

Symeon has more than 30 years of construction experience and an impressive record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. He earned a degree in civil engineering from Nottingham University in the U.K.
A Cyprus national based in Louis Berger’s Dubai office, Symeon will report directly to Peter Skinner, chief operating officer for Louis Berger’s international operation.
