Germany 19 September – Offering the world’s highest specification rates on the market, INNO Instrument Europe GmbH will present its new premium core-alignment fusion splicer, View 8+, at ECOC Exhibition 2019 from 23rd – 25th September.
Reducing splicing and heating time to a matter of seconds, View 8+ increases productivity and saves valuable time during Fiber to the x (FTTx) network installation. Important to match rising connectivity demands, View 8+ is designed with efficiency in mind and features an accompanying mobile application and a user-friendly interface to enhance productivity.
“FTTH installations require very complex and precise fusion splicing technology to extend fiber optic cabling to an increasing number of connected devices,” explains Mike Sullivan, UK Sales Director at INNO Instrument Europe GmbH. “This process is a very intricate and time-consuming job. In order to keep up with FTTH demands, network operators need to use tools which make on-site installation the most efficient possible whilst also securing an accurate and reliable connection.”
The latest design to the INNO Instrument portfolio, View 8+ fusion splicer is designed to pack precision and power into a compact fusion splicing tool for the most reliable network splicing on site. In record time, View 8+ heats within 9 seconds and reduces splicing time to just 6 seconds.
The View 8+ also features a user-friendly 5” HD LCD monitor which displays a magnified high-resolution image of splicing for high-visibility during operation. In addition, View 8+ comes with a mobile application which is accessible over Wi-Fi networks. Available on iOS and Android, the app includes training videos, splicer management, data management and report generating to enhance practicality. Using the app, professionals can monitor 10,000 performance results directly from their connected smartphone.
“With the expected arrival of 5G and the soaring increase in the number of connected devices, it is imperative for network operators to upgrade their network infrastructure now to extend fiber connectivity and meet connectivity demands,” added Sullivan. “All INNO products are designed to make this a reality, with the latest core-alignment fusion splicer View 8+ now making the deployment of fiber faster without compromising on the quality of the connection.”
INNO Instrument Europe GmbH will showcase View 8+ for the first time in Europe at the FTTX Zone and stand 91 at ECOC Exhibition 2019, 23th – 25th September 2019. At stand 91, attendees can also discover the full range of INNO Instrument Inc. connectivity solutions which enable operators to deploy connectivity in record time.
