HUBER+SUHNER to bring all-in-one data center management solution equipped for the future to ANGA COM 2018

On display at the show will be the company’s latest developments in FO connectivity for the home, city and infrastructure across its data centre, FTTX, connector and Small Cell portfolio

HUBER+SUHNER, leading manufacturer of components and systems for optical and electrical connectivity, will showcase its complete systems solution to combat data rates, bandwidth demands and time-to-market needs for data center environments at ANGA COM 2018 in Cologne, June 12-14.

Overcoming the bandwidth challenges as we head towards 5G, the IANOS® system can seamlessly combine data rates from 1G to 400G to provide the most future-proofed and flexible fiber management system on the market. With best-in-class density and speed of installation, IANOS® has a pay-as-you-grow scalability, ensuring minimal time-to-market for constantly changing network infrastructure.

“The IANOS® system family is revolutionary in the fact that it is a complete system solution for data centers,” said Eduardo Lopes, Head of Product Management FMS, at HUBER+SUHNER. “With improved handling by reducing cord disruption, offering flexibility of a single or twin module, and facilitating fast and seamless patching, the IANOS® system family, thanks to its compact design and broad range of applications, equips data centers with the maximum degree of agility for the future.”

A holistic solution for fiber optic applications
This year, the company will also provide its customers with a holistic solution for fiber optic applications in the home, in broader infrastructure and in city space. With this in mind, HUBER+SUHNER will be exhibiting a range of complimentary and compatible products including the Optibox 4, 6 and 12 and its latest version of LISA side access fiber tray and patch tray solution.

The Optibox range of wall enclosures acts as an interface between optical access network of the service provider and the internal “in-the-home” network. The Optibox 4, 6, and 12 are versatile enclosure products and can address a large variety of deployments from multi-dwelling units to single-story family homes.

Daniel Berz, Product Manager FTTx, added: “HUBER+SUHNER is proud to offer leading fiber management systems for data centers and for fiber to the home (FTTH) network infrastructure. Our range of fiber optic solutions can be utilised for both private and industrial applications and installed with ease, for complete connectivity.”

Meeting the highest standards by excellence in design
The brand new state-of-the-art LiSA side access Patch Tray solution which incorporates a new colour labelling concept will be on show to exhibitors, enabling cable systems to be patched easily thanks to a sliding and pivoting design. Another new addition to the LISA family, the LiSA side access E-2000 Duplex fiber tray with duplex configuration will also be on display.

The full E-2000 portfolio, the high-performance connector which meets the highest standards by excellence in design and manufacturing processes, is another addition to the portfolio on show at ANGA COM, and includes the entire connector family, along with the E-2000 adapters which offer the highest mechanical stability of its kind and precise dimensions to enable the best possible guiding of the connector, resulting in the highest performance possible.

“ANGA COM is one of the biggest fairs for broadband operators and content providers in Europe, so for us, it’s one of the most important exhibitions in the communication market. We are excited to be here and to showcase our ground-breaking and flexible solutions for this growing and competitive market. Our message for the show stays true to our mission “Today. Tomorrow. Connect,” Lopes concluded.

Other innovative technologies at the show include the Medusa CPR, Optical Switching (Polatis), the GPS over Fiber Box, the Quick Lock Out Door Connector (QODC) and the Optical Telecommunications Outlets (OTO).

Visitors can find HUBER+SUHNER in Hall 7, booth H31, at ANGA COM 2018 held at the Kolenmesse, Cologne, June 12-14.
